Matthew 24:14 NIV The District Missions committee exists to assist local church leaders in increasing their awareness of, commitment to, and involvement in, world missions - including help with setting goals in the areas of personal, prayer and financial support. Dave Davidson said "World missions was on God's mind from the beginning." God's plan all along was for followers to be involved in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Through missions involvement we fulfill God's command to "go and make disciples of all nations." Our desire is that the helps, resources and information provided through this web site will indeed help church leaders keep our God-given mission mandate alive and well in their local church. |
